This should be pretty safe timeline-wise since that person's contributions to the past timeline - by definition - ends with their death. After death, one's primary contribution to the future is a body, or ashes, or dust as it apparently was (until now) for our lady adventurer elves -- so apart from a number of disappointed worms and the loss of a few gallons of water and a few pounds of carbon, nitrogen, calcium, and assorted minerals from the ecosystem, it should be pretty "safe".
