#342 – Backup Dad: A Contract Due

Seems there are some unresolved issues between backup dad and one of his former employees.

Whoo hoo! The Return of Hel!

I can never decide who I like better: Hel or Hod.

For someone who went swimming in the Well of Wisdom, someone ain’t too bright.

He must have toweled off after crawling out. Or maybe the journey thru the desert dried all that wisdom up.

@ Theala I think both Odin and Odineye deserve a refund from that particular well…..

And really, why is he crazy, if the escape hatch worked?

  3. Filisfe says:

I think it would be pretty entertaining to see Hel beat up Odineye lol

My fave characters are Hel, Hod, Thor and Loki, and Sif. They all kick some major butt !
My fave storyline was The Pantheon Games. I loved the episode in which all the pantheons were being presented and the Roman Pantheon was exactly the same as the Greeks just different names. (Which is something I repeatly point out to my friends lol)
I’d love to see some more episodes with the other pantheons.

Actually, he is not that crazy. (Except for crossing Hel and not paying her, of course)

After all, one of the most basic rules of war or any such engagement is to always have an exit strategy. Such things are mentioned in Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War”, something that Odineye would have access to since it easily predates the Nordic pantheon. You could probably get a copy of his book at Gods-Co.

Interesting thought: every store has a book section with recent bestsellers and a few awful nut job books along with Better Homes and Gardens.

Gods Co’s book section probably has the Bible in the best seller section (seriously, not trying to go all religion on folks but it is the world’s best selling book of all time), the Vedda’s on the tabloid rack, and the Kama Sutra covered in plain brown paper behind the counter.

Please put an archive please!! I read this long ago about a year ago but I dun remember the last strip I was on and i want to catch up U.U

    • That section of links on every page labeled “Storylines” is the archive. It’s all the major storylines in Brat-halla listed in the order they appeared (with the latest storyline at the bottom). If you need a date based archive, you can use the dropdown list underneath “Storylines” to go to a specific month and date.

      I hope that helps.
