Hrm… Are those stabbities and tortures canon? I often get confused about what does and doesn’t affect later comics, and sometimes I feel like some events leave small hints of influence but nothing major, while others obviously happened… Ooooor… maybe it’s just been a long time since I’ve read the previous storylines…
I’m sure we’ll find out in due time though, but I just thought I’d throw that question out there…
The only thing canon about it is that the dummies stabbed are just the people that have defeated (or helped defeat) Odineye in the past.

In my fatigued state, I didn’t really notice that they were dummies…

I think Odineye is just practicing on dummies or he/it is having a dream/fantasy life thing here. I refuse to believe that Hod is even remotely dead…
…oh and the other gods too. They’re not dead either.

About today’s comic: hah! Odin-eye is practicing on dummies, got Odin on his knees (and speared), the kids hanging (and stabbed) and Freya on the bed.
Right where he wants all of em, lol. Missing one kid though. Can’t make out if he’s missing Balder or Loki?

Actually…now that you mention it, he’s missing Baldur (who is indestructable unless Odineye managed to get some mistletoe together), Heimdall and Hermod. I think that’s Thor in the back there…looks like it is, even though Real Thor is giving him a Great Big Hug at the moment.
Yup, and Frigg looks like a blow up doll off to the right there.
Yeeaahh…definitely practice dummies…and a Frigg doll…i mean…not even Odineye…no…er…I GOT IT…no blood…or ichor…certainly not the real Hod and Loki!

Actually, older Heimdall was guarding the gates of Asgard from “Frenzied Frigg” in Twilight of The Hod. But he’ll be back a bit more in the next storyline (Junior Pantheon Games).

The scripts for Brat-halla have given me two of my favurite phrases in recent months… “Frenzied Frigg” and “Hooded Hel”.
Shame the readers can’t see the scripts… they’re just as great as the finished pages.

Just one thing… Keep Out *AND* Die? Is Odineye really insisting that everyone barge into his room?

I’m just gonna assume that’s horrible in a good way. It’s the new “bad” or “sick”. “Dude, did you see that new Brat-halla? It was horrible with rolling double-Rs. Absolutely horrrrible.”
I’ve just discovered this comic and I’m really enjoying it! The art is beautiful and the writing is witty and creative. I’m very interested in where this current storyline is leading as well.
One small request. Currently you have Hel up as a wallpaper/iphone wallpaper. While she’s drawn and colored beautifully, I’d really appreciate a wallpaper based on the image where Thor gets mjolnir during the Pantheon games, it’s just an awesome image and it’d be fun to see that every time I hit my iphone. Of course there are dozens of other images that would be awesome as wallpaper alone (you could probably fill up your website’s allocated memory with cheesecake images of the goddesses alone
, but I was thinking Thor would be a good start, and besides, if I read correctly it’s one of the creative team’s favorites as well?
Did you perhaps mean the one on the wall outside of Mr. Odineye’s bedroom? (tee hee) I love the wall and table artwork!
