#368 - Jr. Pantheon Games: Overtraining

Previously - We discovered the Norse gods love to play games.  Or rather, they love winning games and all the respect and admiration it (the winning) brings.  Not being a laughing stock for once was a nice bonus.  A really, really nice bonus.

Currently - Looking to repeat his victorious ways in the Junior Pantheon Games, Thor gets motivated and gets training.

And congratulations to Brat-halla reader "Stephen M (Ethesis)" who is the random drawing winner.  I’m finishing up the design for a custom t-shirt for him based on some of the artwork he listed.  Thanks to everyone that participated!

Loki’s idea of an awkward father-son bonding moment.

I don’t know… with the vivid imagination I have I’m almost afraid to think of what an “awkward” father-son bonding moment would be in Loki’s case LOL!

    • PhantomLurker says:

When Loki says “awkward father-son bonding”, don’t forget that the chains that held Loki to the serpent that dripped acid were made from his third wife’s youngest son’s entrails.

  2. Sleep eating, that would have been me when younger …

    Love that last panel!!

  4. Logan says:

So, I just noticed that Loki made the losing a hand comment after Tyr suggested waking him up. Priceless.

  5. Frenchie says:

I agree with Logan. Took me a while to realise, but I lol’d hard :D

Hi folks, sorry I’ve been gone so long… just did a lot of reading to catch up. *grin* Nice to see Tyr again! Nice also to know Hod’s masterminding in the background… wonder where he is at the moment, though. Hmmm… Also, I wanna be one of the goats right now, I swear… :)

Good to see health is returning to our Peerless Leader!

Actually, you might not… you notice they probably did things they’d regret as of the last panel, likely thanks to the mead? Makeup and feminine undies on male goats suggest some bad ju-ju, to me.

Also, I found it very amusing that the frame with the mead had the comment ‘Kids, dinner!’ when Thor’s goat’s are still… well… kids, y’know… like literal kids.
