Intermissions: Hod’s Comic #36

Looks like there’s just enough room under that foot to incite a little civil war.  Not really sure how civil it actually is though.

Two kick/krunches?…Oh dear me…WHAT could our dear li’l Sif’s choice of targets have been…hmmm?

  2. Skittle says:

Oof… Poor Baldur. At least she doesn’t have a mistletoe arrow to throw at him. Then, his Ragnaroks really WOULD be in some serious trouble…

  3. Theala Sildorian says:

    Ouch . . . .

  4. Kevin says:

Yaay! Hod’s back! And i agree with Hod, tsk, tsk, the things some people do to look “in”. lol.

  5. Krynne says:

Oh dear… 6 haircuts??? Poor Heimdall will be bald by the time they get out of there! As it is I dread to see what a lack of light has done with the hairstyles.

I am a little surprised (but only a teeny, tiny bit) that Sif hasn’t tried anything on Hod’s long locks yet :)

    • Mark S. says:

Who is to say that she hasn’t? Its dark in there with only a small amount of light. And Sif is bored and frustrated because Thor is not there. Since we have not seen Hod or the rest of them for a while, we do not know how much their looks have changed. Therefore, by comic convention, when you do not know how or if a character’s appearance has changed, you continue to use the last clear picture of him/her.

Hod’s probably doing just fine in the dark. He can sense things better than any of the others, considering that darkness is part of his godly portfolio. What I’m a bit confused about is why they haven’t tried to take out the bull (wasn’t it a bull?) who is standing above them. They’ve gone up against some pretty tough opponents. Seems like this creature can’t be tough enough to keep them under there this long!

  7. E says:

Two nutcrackers in a row? Ouch…
